Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Notice is hereby given that the liquidation of Taunton Engineering Limited commenced on the 10th day of August 2004 at 9.30 a.m., when the members appointed Richard George Brittenden, of 622B Ferry Road, Christchurch,
as liquidator in accordance with section 241 (2) of the Companies Act 1993, by the passing of a resolution by entry in the company minute book.
The directors had previously passed a resolution, pursuant to section 243 (8) of the Companies Act 1993, declaring that on liquidation of the company it would be able to pay its debts.
