Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 255 (2) of the Companies Act 1993
In the matter of section 241 (2) (c) of the Companies Act 1993, and in the matter of The Crescent Limited:
Notice is hereby given that on the 6th day of August 2004 at 10.15 a.m., Gilbert Dale Chapman was appointed as liquidator.
Any creditor claiming a security interest in respect of any assets owned by the company should contact the liquidator as soon as possible.
