Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Pursuant to Section 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
Richard Dale Agnew and John Anthony Waller, chartered accountants of Auckland, were appointed jointly and severally as liquidators of the company by special resolution of the shareholder on the 10th day of August 2004 at 9.00 a.m., the date and time the liquidation commenced.

Note: The company is solvent and the liquidation is a result of the restructuring of the affairs of the shareholder. The company's business will continue to be conducted under the name of Wilkinsons Foodmarket (2004) Limited as from
the 10th day of August 2004, by the same owners and shall assume liability for all debts of Wilkinsons Foodmarket Limited as recorded in the company's financial statements as at the 9th day of August 2004.
