Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Stewart Patrick Perkins, chartered accountant of Invercargill, was appointed liquidator of Rodgers Contracting (1999) Limited by special resolution of the shareholders on the 12th day of December 2003 at 4.10 p.m., the date and time that the liquidation commenced.
