Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
On the 30th day of July 2004, it was resolved, pursuant
to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that
Taipari Associates Limited be liquidated and that Andrew
J. Skokandich, of Auckland, be appointed liquidator for
the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 30th day of July 2004 at 12.30 p.m.
