On the 31st day of March 2004, it was resolved that Mornington Tavern Limited be liquidated and that Paul Glass, chartered accountant of Dunedin, be appointed as liquidator for that purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 23rd day of July 2004.

The directors have resolved that the company will be able to pay its debts.
