Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
On the 4th day of August 2004 at 11.30 a.m., it was resolved by special resolution of the shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that the above-named company be placed into liquidation and that Peter John Stewart, chartered accountant, of Cleland Hancox Limited, be appointed as liquidator.
The directors of the company have signed a certificate verifying the company's solvency at the date of liquidation and notice of that solvency resolution was delivered to the Registrar prior to that date.
