Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 233 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
The directors of Sturmon Shelf (No 11) Limited, being a solvent company and able to pay its debts as they fall due, wish to voluntarily liquidate the company.
Glenn Eric Hunter was appointed as liquidator of the company by a special resolution of shareholders passed
at a meeting of the shareholders held on the 3rd day of August 2004.
The appointment commenced on the 4th day of August 2004 at 11.00 a.m.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is given that as the liquidator of the company,
I hereby fix the 30th day of August 2004, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are claimed or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution and liquidation process.
