Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Sections 3, 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
On the 3rd day of August 2004 at 10.22 a.m., it was resolved by special resolution of the shareholders that Takanini Tile Warehouse Limited be liquidated and that Christopher Robert Ross Horton, chartered accountant, be appointed liquidator.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts
Notice is given that the liquidator fixes the 10th day of September 2004, as the day on or before which the creditors
of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
