Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, Kevin Randall Hills, chartered accountant, was appointed liquidator of C E & M A Limited.
The liquidation commenced on the 20th day of January 2004.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is also given that the liquidator hereby fixes the 20th day of February 2004, as the date on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
