Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Sections 3 (1) and 255 (2) (a) of the Companies
Act 1993
On the 21st day of January 2004 at 10.00 a.m., it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant
to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that
Peter & Pam Vidulich Limited be liquidated and that Thomas Patrick Donovan, chartered accountant of Hastings, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 21st day of January 2004 at 10.00 a.m.
