Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
On the 20th day of July 2004, it was resolved by the shareholders of the company that John Alexander Delugar, solicitor of Auckland, be appointed liquidator of the company with effect from the 20th day of July 2004 at 9.00 a.m.
