Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
On the 29th day of June 2004, it was resolved by the members of the club that John Alexander Delugar, solicitor of Auckland, be appointed liquidator of the club with effect from the 10th day of July 2004 at 9.00 a.m.
Creditors and members of the club may direct inquiries to the liquidator during normal business hours at the address and contact numbers below.
