Notice of Appointment of Replacement Liquidators
Notice is hereby given that Grant Robert Graham and Stephanie Beth Jeffreys were appointed as replacement liquidators of the above-named company at a meeting of creditors held on the 22nd day of July 2004 at 10.40 a.m.
They replaced Laurence George Chilcott and Peter Charles Chatfield, who were appointed joint and several liquidators of the above-named company on the 9th day of July 2004 by special resolution of the shareholders.
If any creditor claims a security interest over any assets of the above-named company, please provide details to the liquidators forthwith.
