Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

On the 20th day of July 2004, it was resolved that Brydone Holdings Limited be liquidated and that Paul Glass, chartered accountant of Dunedin, be appointed as liquidator for that purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 21st day of July 2004.

The directors have resolved that the company will be able to pay its debts.
