Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Sections 3, 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
On the 23rd day of July 2004, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that North Eastern Construction
& Engineering Co Limited be liquidated and that Joseph Richard Tristan Dean, chartered accountant of Albany, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 23rd day of July 2004 at 2.00 p.m.
