Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

In the matter of the Companies Act 1993, and in the matter of Willis Developments Limited (in liquidation):
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, Graham Hosie, chartered accountant of West Yates Limited, was appointed liquidator of Willis Developments Limited.
The liquidation commenced on the 15th day of July 2004.
A declaration of solvency has been signed by the company's directors.

Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is also given that the liquidator hereby fixes the 31st day of August 2004, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
