Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
In the matter of the Companies Act 1993, and in the matter of Old Greenstone Terrace Limited, Parliament Development Management Limited, Sigatoka Investments No 15 Limited and Sigatoka Investments No 17 Limited:
Notice is hereby given that by a duly signed entry in the minute book of each of the above-named companies on the 12th day of December 2003, the following special resolutions were passed by each company, namely:
(a) That the company be wound up voluntarily;
(b) That Michael William Hartley, of Auckland, be and is hereby appointed liquidator for the purpose of winding up the affairs of the company.
