Pursuant to Section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that, by shareholders' resolution dated the 13th day of July 2004 at 5.00 p.m. to liquidate the company, the shareholders have appointed Ronald Graeme Sands as the liquidator for that purpose.
A declaration of solvency has been completed by the directors.
The liquidator fixes the 23rd day of August 2004, as the last day by which creditors can claim and to establish any priority their claim may have on the company.
