Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 245 of the Companies Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that Balmain Developments Limited (in liquidation) was placed into liquidation on the 1st day of July 2004 at 1.00 p.m., pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, and that Stuart D. Robertson, of Auckland, was appointed liquidator.
A copy of the resolution passed by the board of directors, as required by section 243 (8) of the Companies Act 1993, has been filed in the Companies Office at Auckland.
Notice of Meeting of Creditors
Pursuant to section 245 of the Companies Act 1993, the liquidator hereby gives notice of his intention to dispense with the calling for a meeting of creditors because:
(a) the directors have signed a certificate pursuant to section 243 (9) of the Companies Act 1993.
(b) the company is solvent and has ceased trading.
(c) no meeting of creditors will be held unless the liquidator receives notice in writing within
10 working days after the date of publication of this notice.
Notice of Intention to Remove Company From
the Register
I, the undersigned liquidator of Balmain Developments Limited (in liquidation), intend to deliver to the Registrar of Companies the final reports and statements referred to in section 257 (1) (a) of the Companies Act 1993 with the intent that the company be removed from the New Zealand Register, pursuant to section 318 (1) (e) of the Act, on the grounds that the liquidation of the company has been completed.
Unless written objection to such removal, under section 321 of the Act, is delivered to the Registrar of Companies at Auckland by the 20th day of August 2004, the Registrar may remove the company from the Register.
