Notice of Appointment of Replacement Liquidators
Notice is hereby given that on the 16th day of July 2004, Vivian Judith Fatupaito, insolvency practitioner, and Richard Dale Agnew, chartered accountant, both of Auckland, were appointed jointly and severally as liquidators of the company in the place of Raymond G. Burgess, pursuant to section 283 (2) of the Companies Act 1993.
The liquidation of the company commenced on the 20th day of May 2004.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is also given that the liquidators hereby fix the 16th day of October 2004, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Act, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are claimed or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
