Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
Public notice is hereby given that on the 12th day of July 2004 at 9.00 a.m., it was resolved by special resolution
of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Nick Boardman Limited be liquidated and that Ian Gordon Stuart Donald, chartered accountant of Palmerston North, be appointed liquidator.
The liquidation commenced on the 12th day of July 2004.
