Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Sections 3, 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
On the 12th day of July 2004, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that United Gold Company Limited be liquidated and that Vincent Tam, of Prince
& Partners Chartered Accountants, be appointed liquidator on the 12th day of July 2004, for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 12th day of July 2004.
