Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that on the 9th day of July 2004, the shareholders of Winespecific Marlborough Limited passed a special resolution, pursuant to section 241 of the Companies Act 1993, that Tim Livingstone, of Butts, Bainbridge & Weir, Chartered Accountants, be appointed liquidator of the company.
A resolution as to solvency, pursuant to section 243 (8) of the Companies Act 1993, has been passed by the directors.
