Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 255 (2) of the Companies Act 1993
On the 5th day of September 2003, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that French Lovegrove Investments Limited be liquidated and that
Glen Adrian Beal, chartered accountant of Pukekohe, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 5th day of September 2003 at 12.00 midday.
