Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
The Companies Act 1993
On the 30th day of June 2004, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Transcare International Limited be liquidated and that Alison Ann Turner, chartered accountant of
New Plymouth, be appointed liquidator.
The liquidation commenced on the 30th day of June 2004.
