Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Notice is hereby given that on the 22nd day of June 2004, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Whitford Technology Limited be liquidated and that John Robert Marshall Rowe, of Gilligan Rowe & Associates Limited, Chartered Accountants, be appointed liquidator.
The liquidation commenced on the 23rd day of June 2004.
