Notice is hereby given that, subsequent to resolutions as to solvency and in accordance with section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, the shareholders of the above-named companies on the 27th day of May 2004 at 4.00 p.m. and 4.05 p.m. respectively, appointed Graeme George McDonald and Peri Micaela Finnigan, chartered accountants of Auckland, jointly and severally as liquidators of the
above-named companies.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Their Debts or Claims
The undersigned does hereby fix the 30th day of July 2004, as the day on or before which the creditors of the companies are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title they may have to priority, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
