Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

On the 11th day of January 2004, it was resolved by
special resolution, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Kirk Physiotherapists Limited be liquidated and that Alison Ann Turner, chartered accountant of New Plymouth, be appointed liquidator.
The liquidation commenced on the 11th day of January 2004.
