Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Sections 3, 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
On the 18th day of June 2004, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Waipukurau Construction Company Limited be liquidated and that Kerry John Moore, contracts manager of 35 Francis Drake Street, Waipukurau, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 18th day of June 2004 at 2.00 p.m.
