Notice of Appointment of Replacement Liquidators
Pursuant to Section 255 (2) of the Companies Act 1993
On the 9th day of June 2004, the above-named companies passed special resolutions to appoint Peter Blacklaws as liquidator.
On the 22nd day of June 2004 at 8.30 a.m., Peter Blacklaws appointed Iain Bruce Shephard and Christine Margaret Dunphy as his successors as liquidators of Arizona Imports Limited, Hornby Auto Centre Limited and Value Vehicles Southland Limited (all in liquidation) and resigned as liquidator.
