Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Sections 3, 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
Notice is given that on the 21st day of June 2004, Lance David Morrison, chartered accountant of Palmerston North, was appointed liquidator by special resolution of the members of the company.
The liquidation commenced on the 21st day of June 2004 at 10.00 a.m.
