Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 24 of the Incorporated Societies Act 1908 and Section 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
I, Stephen John Tubbs, chartered accountant of Christchurch, was appointed liquidator of the above-named society by a special resolution of the members on the 13th day of December 2003.
The liquidation commenced on the 15th day of December 2003, being the date of my consent to my appointment.

Notice is hereby given that as liquidator of Annex Road Child Care Society Incorporated, I fix the 30th day of January 2004, as the day on or before which the creditors
of the society are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993 (as amended), or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are claimed or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
