Pursuant to Section 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
Stewart Allan Stanley, accountant of Christchurch, hereby gives notice that he was appointed as liquidator of Malvern Hills Trading Co Limited.
The liquidation commenced on the 15th day of June 2004
at 4.00 p.m., by a special resolution of the members of Malvern Hills Trading Co Limited (in liquidation) appointing Stewart Allan Stanley as liquidator.
The directors have signed a certificate, under section 243 (8) of the Companies Act 1993, certifying as to the company's solvency and, accordingly, no creditors' meeting is required to be called.
