Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
On the 14th day of June 2004 at 9.00 a.m., the shareholders of the above-named company passed a special resolution that the company be placed into liquidation, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993 and that Neville Petrie Fagerlund, chartered accountant, be appointed liquidator.
