On the 9th day of January 2004 at 10.00 a.m., it was resolved by shareholder special resolution, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Hans Peter's Offset Film & Plate Services Limited be liquidated and that Gael Hotchin, chartered accountant of Auckland, be appointed liquidator.
The liquidation commenced on the 9th day of January 2004 at 10.00 a.m.
