Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Notice is hereby given that on the 9th day of June 2004, pursuant to section 250 (2) (a) of the Tongan Companies Act 1995, Richard Dale Agnew and John Anthony Waller, chartered accountants of Auckland, were appointed jointly and severally as liquidators of Royal Tongan Airlines Limited at 4.20 p.m.
The liquidation commenced as at the date and time of our appointment.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is also given that the liquidators hereby fix the
30th day of June 2004, as the day on or before which
the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the New Zealand Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are claimed or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
