Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 255 (2) of the Companies Act 1993, that, by way of entry in the minute book of the above-named companies in accordance with section 122 of the Companies Act 1993, John Michael Gilbert was appointed liquidator of the above-named companies on the 7th day of June 2004.
The liquidation commenced on the 7th day of June 2004, in the case of Keihas Finance Limited (in liquidation) at 11.26 a.m., in the case of Genesis Merchant Finance Limited (in liquidation) at 11.27 a.m., and in the case of Templar Finance 2003 Limited (in liquidation) at 11.28 a.m.
The liquidator does hereby fix the 5th day of July 2004, as the day on or before which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
