Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, Brian Joseph Walshe and Bruce Allen Dring were appointed liquidators of Sati Holdings Limited (in liquidation).
The liquidation commenced on the 9th day of June 2004.

Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is also given that the liquidators hereby fix Wednesday, the 30th day of June 2004, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
