Notice is hereby given that on the 14th day of January 2004, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Japanese Parts Bazaar (2000) Limited be liquidated and that Kenneth Selwyn Freeman, chartered accountant, be appointed as liquidator.
