Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Pursuant to Section 255 (2) of the Companies Act 1993
In the matter of section 241 (2) (c) of the Companies Act 1993, and in the matter of Upstairs Limited:
Notice is hereby given that on the 3rd day of June 2004 at 10.12 a.m., Grant Bruce Reynolds and Gilbert Dale Chapman were appointed as joint and several liquidators of the company.
Any creditor claiming a security interest in respect of any assets owned by the company should contact the liquidators as soon as possible.
