Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, Peter Hugh Lopdell was appointed liquidator of U Save AutoParts (2001) Limited.
The voluntary liquidation commenced on the 28th day of May 2004 at 2.10 p.m.
Notice of Meeting of Creditors
Under section 245 (1) of the Companies Act 1993, a meeting of creditors will not be held, however inquiries from creditors of the company may be directed during normal business hours to Hugh Lopdell at Level Four,

Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is also given that the liquidator hereby fixes the 30th day of June 2004, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
