Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Sections 3, 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
On the 18th day of December 2003, it was resolved by special resolution of members, pursuant to section 24 of the Incorporated Societies Act 1908, that Ellesmere Residential Homes Inc be liquidated and that David James Mathieson, chartered accountant of Myers & Co. Limited, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 18th day of December 2003 at 8.00 p.m.
