On the 28th day of May 2004, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Westney Holdings Limited be liquidated and that Craig Emerson Speakman, chartered accountant of Auckland, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 28th day of May 2004 at 8.35 a.m.
