Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Sections 3, 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
Notice is given that, subsequent to a resolution as to solvency and by special resolution of shareholders
pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, W J Burnside Limited be liquidated and that Janice Helen Atkinson, chartered accountant of Hastings, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 23rd day of April 2004 at 9.00 a.m.
