Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
On the 26th day of March 2004 at 1.00 p.m., it was decided by the board of directors, pursuant to section 241 (2) (b), that Status Properties Limited be liquidated and that Kenneth Oliver be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 24th day of May 2004
at 9.00 a.m.
