Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Pursuant to Sections 3, 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
On the 20th day of May 2004 at 11.01 a.m., by an order of the High Court at Auckland, pursuant to section 241 (2) (c) of the Companies Act 1993, R. Kruyff Auto Engineering Services Limited was placed in liquidation and John Albert Price, insolvency practitioner, and Christopher Robert Ross Horton, chartered accountant, were appointed liquidators jointly and severally for that purpose.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts
Notice is given that the liquidators fix the 30th day of June 2004, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
