Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
In the matter of the Companies Act 1993, and in the matter of the above-named companies (all in liquidation):
Notice is hereby given that by a duly signed entry in the minute books of the above-named companies on the 17th day of May 2004 at 4.00 p.m., the following special resolutions were passed by each of the companies, namely:
(a) That the company be wound up voluntarily.
(b) That Michael William Hartley, of Auckland, be and is hereby appointed liquidator for the purpose of winding up the affairs of the company.
Notice to All Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is hereby given that the liquidator does hereby fix the 30th day of June 2004, as the day on or before which the creditors of the companies are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title they may have to priority, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before such debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to such distribution.
