Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
On the 20th day of May 2004 at 12.45 p.m., by special resolution of the shareholders pursuant to the Companies Act 1993, Muscle Marketing U.S.A. Limited was placed into liquidation and Andrew John McKay and John Joseph Cregten, of Auckland, were appointed joint and several liquidators.
The liquidation commenced on the 20th day of May 2004.
