Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
On the 18th day of May 2004 at 4.00 p.m., it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Yukon Properties Limited be liquidated and that Paul Andrew de Lacey, of de Lacey
& Associates Limited, Chartered Accountants, be appointed liquidator.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is hereby given that the undersigned, the liquidator of Yukon Properties Limited (in liquidation), does hereby fix the 30th day of June 2004, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title they may have to priority, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
Notice of Meeting of Creditors
Having regard to the likely result of the liquidation, the liquidator proposes that no meeting of creditors be held.
No such meeting will be called unless a creditor gives notice in writing to the liquidator, within 10 working days after publication of this notice, requiring a meeting to be called.
Inquiries may be directed by a creditor or shareholder of the company to the liquidator during normal business hours at the address and contact numbers stated below.
